Delivery area
Delivery planning begins with Windsor–Essex and may be available to other Canadian destinations. Service depends on the product size, packaging, retail quantity, carrier coverage and destination.
Price and lead times
Catalogue product prices do not include delivery, tax, inside delivery, assembly or installation unless expressly stated. Stripe Checkout displays the applicable standard delivery charge and tax before card authorization. Any lead time is an estimate beginning after order acceptance and captured payment.
Address and access
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, contact number and relevant access details such as stairs, elevators, loading hours or appointment requirements. Additional carrier charges caused by incomplete or incorrect information may be added where permitted.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the shipment as soon as reasonably possible. Note visible carton damage with the carrier and photograph the carton, label and product. Report missing, incorrect or damaged items promptly—preferably within 48 hours—so we can review the delivery issue.
Risk and title
The written order confirmation will state the applicable delivery terms. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
